A secret for two

Have you ever had a job when you were supposed to go and deliver milk to people’s houses? This story is mostly about a guy that goes and delivers milk to every other person’s house on his horse named Joseph. He rides down this street named Prince Edward Street. He goes down to every other house on the street to deliver milk to their houses. I was wondering if this author was trying to tell people about have a job as a person the delivers milk to people’s house’s.

When I grow up and if I wanted to become a person that delivers milk to people in houses, I would probably be really tired when I got home because that is some really hard work. The only difference that I would have with a guy that delivers milk to people’s house at the age of 25 and I’m only 12 and I would have a bike to ride on and he has to take his horse. Anyway back to the book. So the guys name is Pierre and he has been delivering milk to the people on Prince Edward street for the past 30 years and I’m sure that him and his horse knows the path really well. Actually in the book his horse knows his path so well, that he gives Pierre the right amount of time to go over and pick up the empty bottle and put down the new one. The amount of time was 30 seconds.

The place where he had been doing this job for 30 years now was called Montreal, and it is a very large city. They had been speaking French there for a long time and they do speak a lot of it. The children are often giving the name saints there. So Pierre works for this company called Provincale Milk Company. So about the horse, they said that the horse is really gentle and faithful. The horse got his name after St. Joseph. So Pierre had a very big mustache, it was white and everyone was saying that is was the size of a huge walrus.

OK so in this book Pierre die’s at the end because he gets hit from crossing the street and there was a truck passing by and he didn’t hear the screeching noise from the truck and the brakes coming to the stop. So he has been hit and the ambulance come and couldn’t fix him. So He had been lifted to heaven.
